Kid Rock And Obama: "No Hard Feelings

Kid Rock, who is a Detroit native like Romney, seemed resigned to another term with President Obama, but at least he acted civil about it.
Kid Rock and Barack Obama: an unlikely pairing, but one that happened this weekend. You'd think the two would run in separate circles - Obama with the Washington DC elite, and Kid Rock with... something different. But Kid Rock met Obama this weekend, at the Kennedy Center Honors in Washington, DC, and the Detroit rocker and President seemingly had a good time.
Kid Rock was an outspoken, very public supporter of Mitt Romney during the last election, performing at campaign stops for the failed presidential candidate and allowing use of his songs for the campaign. But when Kid Rock met Obama this weekend, it was all smiles.
“It was nice,” Rock told CNN. “I saw the president tonight. He said, ‘I’m still here.’ I said, ‘No hard feelings.’”
“You cross your fingers, you try to move forward, you hope for the best,” he said. “You respect the office of the president of the United States, and the great thing is in four years, we get to choose again
